Friuli-Venezia Giulia

In Moraro, in the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy, a family-run winery was founded in 2013. The vineyards extend over soils rich in gravel and red clay, influenced by the Isonzo and Vipacco valleys, which create an ideal microclimate for growing grapes. The vines, some of which are over sixty years old, are trained using traditional systems and low yields, ensuring high-quality grapes. The winery produces a range of white and red wines, including Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio "Grey", Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. Each wine reflects the unique characteristics of the terroir and the meticulous attention, dedicated throughout the production process.

Over the years, the winery has received numerous awards from prestigious wine guides and competitions, including Gambero Rosso, Slow Wine and 5StarWines di VeronaFiere. These awards attest to the company's commitment to producing excellent wines that authentically express the Friuli region.

A second farm, located in Ruttars di Dolegna del Collio (GO), is a family-run winery that has been active since 1950. Managed by the third generation of the family, the company stands out for its production of high-quality wines in compliance with the philosophy "in harmony with nature".

The company's vineyards extend over 26 hectares in the heart of Collio, one of the most renowned areas for viticulture in Italy. Cultivation takes place without the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, favoring sustainable practices such as manual harvesting and observance of the lunar phases. The range of wines includes both native and international varieties. Among the whites, Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon stand out. Among the reds, the company produces Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and the cuvée "Rosso Bruno", obtained from a selection of the best vintages of Merlot and Refosco. In addition to wine production, the company has been cultivating olive trees for about ten years, obtaining a small but precious quantity of extra virgin olive oil.

Emilia-Romagna

​Located in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, there is a winery renowned for producing wines that embody the local tradition, with a particular focus on Lambrusco. It offers a variety of Lambrusco, including dry, sweet and organic, thus satisfying a wide range of palates. Among its most popular labels stands out "Il Ligabue - Lambrusco Reggiano D.O.C.", a dry red that obtained the first prize in 2024. Other noteworthy proposals include the "Malvasia dell'Emilia I.G.T.", a sparkling wine ideal for aperitifs, and the "1958 Blanc de Noir", a quality sparkling wine.

A second winery, located in Villò di Vigolzone, in the province of Piacenza, boasts over 40 hectares of vineyards cultivated between 190 and 230 meters above sea level. Here, native varieties such as Barbera, Bonarda, Ortrugo and Malvasia coexist with international varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Merlot. The winery's philosophy is based on passion and dedication, with the aim of creating wines that tell the story and peculiarities of the territory.

A third historic winery is located in the heart of the Tidone Valley, in the western part of the province of Piacenza, on the border with the Oltrepò Pavese. Its origins date back to 1600, with documents attesting to the presence of vineyards as early as 1822. The renovation that took place in the late 1980s has transformed the estate into a point of reference for lovers of wine and local culture. The estate extends over approximately 34 hectares of vineyards, located between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. The grape varieties grown include traditional varieties such as Barbera, Bonarda and Ortrugo, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. The production includes 15 different labels, sold mainly in Italy and, in part, in Great Britain, Germany and China. In 2008, it was the first company in the Tidone Valley to reintroduce the cultivation of olives, already present in the 19th century. It produces a fine extra virgin olive oil in limited quantities.

Abruzzo

The estate is a fascinating winery located in Pietranico, in the heart of Abruzzo, which stands out for its deep connection with nature and commitment to sustainable agricultural practices. Extending over approximately 30 hectares, the estate is immersed in a hilly landscape at an altitude of between 330 and 420 meters above sea level. The vineyards alternate with centuries-old oak forests, creating an ecosystem rich in biodiversity. This pristine environment favors the cultivation of high-quality grapes, also thanks to the presence of an artificial basin that guarantees a water reserve for sustainable irrigation. The company adopts a triple "BIO" agricultural approach, combining organic, biodynamic and attention to biodiversity. The company has been certified organic since 2003 and has obtained the Demeter certifications for biodynamics and Biodiversity Friend, attesting to its commitment to improving soil fertility and product quality. The winery produces a variety of wines that reflect the authenticity of the territory. Among these, the following stand out: a blend of Montepulciano and Merlot, obtained from grapes harvested slightly overripe; a white IGT Colline Pescaresi, a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and aromatic Malvasia, vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats and aged for approximately 8 months; a wine produced from Montepulciano grapes from a vineyard over 50 years old, aged for 30 months in Slavonian barrels, with a production limited to 6,000 bottles per year; finally, an experimental line that bottles different varieties in purity using native yeasts, expressing the authenticity of the territory. The wines of the winery have received numerous international awards. The company expanded its international presence with the opening in China in 2017, establishing a solid point of reference in the province of Zhejiang and becoming one of the main importers of Italian wine in China.

Tuscany

Among the enchanting hills of Tuscany, there is a farm that extends over an area of ​​50 hectares, which includes vineyards in the Chianti and Montalcino area, as well as olive groves and woods. Founded in 1890, the family produces top-quality wines, organic olive oil and grappa, a typical liqueur of the region. The historic headquarters of the company is located in a medieval monastery in Gambassi Terme, in Chianti, where you can book guided tours of the cellars and tastings of their products. Recently, a new cellar was inaugurated in Montalcino.

Among the wines produced stand out the Chianti DOCG, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and various IGT Toscana, all made following rigorous quality control methods. The company organizes tastings both on site and abroad, supporting distributors and promoting the culture of wine internationally.

A second excellent winery is located in the hamlet of Palazzone, in the municipality of San Casciano dei Bagni, in the far south of Tuscany, on the border with Umbria and Lazio. Founded in 2004 by a descendant of a famous family of jewelers, the company was born from the desire to combine a passion for nature with the production of high-quality wines, respecting the environment and the territory. The production philosophy is based on a deep respect for nature and a commitment to environmental sustainability. They wanted to create a company in harmony with the surrounding landscape, adopting sustainable agricultural practices and innovative technologies to minimize environmental impact. The winery is partially buried in the hill and uses renewable energy such as geothermal energy and photovoltaic, helping to keep COâ‚‚ emissions close to zero. The company has about 50 hectares, of which 26 are vineyards, located at an altitude of over 300 meters above sea level. The vineyards, facing south-east, benefit from an ideal microclimate for growing high-quality grapes. The soils, rich in clay, limestone, sandstone and fossils, are home to native and international varieties such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Grechetto and Chardonnay. In recent years, the company has undertaken a process of organic conversion and has entrusted the winemaking direction to a young winemaker, with the aim of giving the wines greater identity, elegance and enjoyability. The continuous pursuit of excellence and attention to detail make the company a point of reference in the Tuscan winemaking panorama.

For over a century, a third Tuscan family has cultivated some of Montalcino's finest vineyards. Their estate is one of the oldest and most renowned wineries in the region. The property, with its 12 hectares dedicated to the production of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, is nestled on the slopes of the Montosoli hill, north of Montalcino, considered one of the most favorable terroirs for Sangiovese. Today, the estate is managed by a fourth-generation family member and passionate winemaker, who maintains the family name and reputation with the support of his wife. Their goal is to produce artisanal wines of great character, balance, and elegance with an uncompromising commitment to quality, combining modern winemaking techniques with time-honored family traditions. They have developed a distinctive style that results in well-balanced and rounded wines, recognized as among the best in the region and among the greatest in Montalcino. Driven by a strong interest in winemaking, he decided to explore different styles, acquiring two properties in Italy's finest wine-producing regions: the Tuscan Maremma and the vibrant Valdobbiadene. All of Lorenzo's wines are deeply rooted in their respective terroirs, demonstrating his commitment to preserving their traditional characteristics.

In the heart of Monferrato, in Piedmont, based in San Marzano Oliveto (AT), a winery was born from the combination of the founders' names, uniting years of work and experience in wine production. Founded in 1998, the company began by producing grapes and then, since 2001, vinifying its own wines. Currently, it manages 45 hectares of vineyards, of which 2 hectares are cultivated with Timorasso with vines dating back to the 70s and 80s. The annual production is about 10,000 bottles of Timorasso, with the aim of increasing to 30,000. Among the wines produced, Nizza DOCG and Barbera d'Asti DOC stand out. Additionally, the company produces a Pas Dosé Alta Langa DOCG, a classic method sparkling wine composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The winery is equipped with advanced winemaking technologies, using stainless steel and cement, and a limited use of wood for the single Tantéi vineyard.

A second winery, located in La Morra, represents five generations of winemakers inextricably linked to the Barolo hills. The family, with a strong attachment to the territory, nurtures this tradition daily with renewed passion. The company's vineyards include the prestigious Roggeri cru, where 4 hectares of Nebbiolo for Barolo are grown, with some vines planted about 50 years ago. Another significant area is Bricco San Biagio, which hosts a small parcel of Barbera of about 0.3 hectares, planted after the Second World War, which produces a wine of notable character. The range of wines is an authentic expression of the Langhe terroir. Among these, the Barolo 1961 stands out, which for over half a century has magnificently recounted the territory and the three vineyards that compose it, offering the palate refinement and surprising longevity.

Puglia

In the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, a few kilometers from Stornara, in the province of Foggia, there is a winery, whose cellar was born from a family's passion for wine and their desire to enhance the ancient local vines. Today the company boasts a solid structure that enhances the high vocation of the territory for the production of superior quality wines. Their production reflects the warmth and richness of the Apulian territory, with a range of wines ranging from reds to whites, from rosés to bubbles. Among the native vines enhanced, Nero di Troia stands out, vinified both in red and rosé, Primitivo and Falanghina. The winery has received numerous awards that attest to the quality of its wines. These awards testify to the company's constant commitment to the production of excellent wines that tell the story and tradition of the Apulian land.

A second winery, founded in Ruvo di Puglia in 1960 by a group of local winemakers, represents a cooperative reality that unites hundreds of winemakers between Ruvo di Puglia and Castel del Monte. The roots of the winery are deep in the cultural, artistic and gastronomic traditions of the area, inspired by the desire of the founding members to emancipate themselves from the power of the landowners to give life to a cultural project even before an economic one. The winery extends over approximately 600 hectares of vineyards, working the most cultivated vines in Puglia, with a particular attention to the Nero di Troia grape, the third most important Apulian vine after Primitivo and Negroamaro. The wine production includes a wide range of labels, the result of a combination of traditional and innovative production methods, which combine the care of the best native vines with a passion for winemaking. The winery has obtained international recognition for the quality of its products, demonstrating its constant commitment to enhancing the territory and its winemaking traditions.

Campania

The winery, located in the heart of Irpinia, stands out for the production of wines that express the essence of the Campania region. Founded in 2008, the company is dedicated to the enhancement of native vines such as Aglianico, Fiano and Greco, grown on volcanic soils rich in minerals. The range of products offered ranges from intense reds to aromatic whites, a sweet Fiano obtained from grapes naturally dried on the vine. There is no shortage of fresh rosés and elegant sparkling wines, designed to satisfy a demanding and varied clientele. The company is actively committed to environmental sustainability, as highlighted in their balance sheet, where they carefully monitor water consumption and adopt responsible practices in resource management.

Basilicata

In Melfi, in the province of Potenza, there is a winery founded by a group of passionate winemakers. The winery is dedicated to producing high-quality wines that reflect the traditions and unique characteristics of the Lucanian territory. Sicily

The vineyards owned by the company extend for about 50 hectares in the territories of Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Salemi. Here native varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, Inzolia, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola and Damaschino are grown, grapes that benefit from the unique microclimate of the province of Trapani to best express their characteristics. Annual production is around 50,000 hectoliters of wine, stored in various types of containers: steel, cement, fiberglass tanks and large wooden barrels. This mix of traditional and modern techniques ensures high quality wines, respecting the environment and enhancing the local natural heritage. ​

Sardinia

Located in Usini, in the province of Sassari, in the heart of Sardinia, is a family-run winery founded in 2003. Its vineyards are located on limestone hills approximately 250 meters above sea level, a terroir that lends its wines freshness, structure, and intense aromas. The winery is strongly rooted in the island's native grape varieties, particularly Cagnulari, Vermentino, Cannonau, and Carignano, alongside small productions of Bovale and Pascale. With an annual production of approximately 30,000-40,000 bottles and a range of labels that includes Cagnulari, Vermentino di Sardegna "Longhera," Cannonau, and the "Lizzos" blend, the winery has established itself as an ambassador for the region, with wines that combine identity and quality. Recognized since its early years with awards such as the "Vinitaly Regione 2011" and the gold medal at the Sakura Japan Women's Wine Awards 2016 for Vermentino Longhera, the company has successfully conquered strategic international markets such as Japan, Canada, Hong Kong, the USA, and the UK. Led by the new generation, the company aims to continuously improve its quality and enhance its connection with Usini through wine tourism and authentic storytelling, transforming every bottle into a tale of the most authentic and wine-loving Sardinia.
